MANAGEMENT TEAM

Graduated from the faculty of Economics at Istanbul University, Mr. Nuhoğlu started his professional career in the international transportation sector and in 1977 founded Tırsan Company. Since 2014, Mr. Nuhoğlu is the president of TIRSAN Solutuions – the investor group behind Kaessbohrer, Talson, Van Eck and Tirsan companies.

Participating personally in all of  Tırsan’s total quality management projects, Mr. Nuhoğlu also led quality management initiatives in the Turkish international transportation sector. Within this scope, he played a major role in winning of the Grand National Quality Award by UND – International Transporters’ Association in the NGO category back in 2004. Mr. Nuhoglu served as the president of the UND for two successive terms between 2001 and 2007. He was reelected again in 2012 and still holds the position.

Between April 2006 and April 2008, Mr. Nuhoğlu served as the president of the Turkish Society for Quality – KalDer, following his one term vice presidency at the same organization.

Çetin Nuhoğlu was the president of Federation of Industrial Associations – SEDEFED between 2008-2010, while he is still the Member of Board of Trustees of Educational Volunteers Foundation of Turkey – TEGV, Member of Advisory Board at Okan University, Founding Member of Community Volunteers Foundation – TOG, President of Turkish Transportation and Logistics Council at the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey – TOBB, Vice President of Black Sea Education, Culture and Environment Foundation and  President of  Advisory Board of Nuhoğlu Family Foundation.

FEHİR BULUTLAR

Vice President

Born in 1949 in Istanbul, Mr. A. Fehir Bulutlar graduated from Kabataş High School, before studying mechanical engineering in Istanbul Technical University until 1971. Mr. Bulutlar started his career at Türk Otomotiv as a Product Engineer, before switching to Otoyol, where he served as Method Engineer and Chief Product Engineer.

After working as the Manager for Arfesan for one year, Mr. Bulutlar transferred to Tırsan Solutions as Factory Manager in 1982. Once serving as Deputy Director General, Mr. Bulutlar is currently Vice President of Tirsan Solutions.

İFFET TÜRKEN

Head of Business Development

Started her professional career at AGF-Garanti Sigorta in 1994, Ms. Türken started to work at Tırsan Solutions starting in 1996. Ms. Türken was appointed as Sales Planning Director in 2002, before being assigned as Deputy General Manager responsible for Sales Planning in 2008. Starting from 2009, İffet Türken is serving as Head of Business Development at Tırsan Solutions and Board Member of Kässbohrer A.S.

Currently, Ms. Türken is Member of the Supervisory Board of German Association of the Automotive Industry, VDA. Ms. Türken is on Board of Directors of ESTA European Association Abnormal Road Transport and Mobile Cranes, as Transport Vice President.

AHMET YILMAZ

Deputy General Manager Sales & Marketing

Ahmet Yılmaz was born in Bursa on July 8, 1973. After studying Mechanical Engineering in the Middle East Technical University, Mr. Yılmaz started his professional career at Destek Otomotiv as Process and Quality Test Engineer in 1995. In the following years, he served in various positions at Karsan Otomotiv between 1997 and 2009, his last post being Quality Engineer. In 2009, Mr. Yılmaz started working at Tırsan Solutions as Quality Assurance Director. In 2010, Mr. Yılmaz was assigned as Chief Operating Officer, responsible for Turkey and Germany. As of 2022, Mr. Yılmaz is Deputy Sales Manager Responsible for Sales and Marketing.

AYŞENUR NUHOĞLU

Board Member

Ayşenur Nuhoğlu, born in 1982, completed her undergraduate education at Tufts University in the USA, in two separate branches, namely International Relations and Economics. She began working at Tırsan Treyler in 2006 starting in marketing department. While advancing at Tırsan in 2009, she completed her Master of Business Administration at the European School of Management and Technology in Germany, specializing in Project Management in Product Development Activities. Nuhoğlu completed her Counseling and Coaching Master for Change at INSEAD in France in 2015 with outstanding success. ZEYNEP NUHOĞLU

Board Member

Zeynep Nuhoğlu, completed her undergraduate studies in political economy at Brown University in the United States in 2003, successfully obtained her master’s degree in Media and Communication from Goldsmiths University in  United Kingdom in 2014 with honors. Since 2012, Zeynep Nuhoğlu has been serving as a member of the Board of Directors at Tırsan as corporate communications responsible, member of sustainability, innovation and finance committees. Her ongoing professional education includes:   IFC (International Finance Corporation) and Argüden Academy Good Governance Certificate ( 2018), Kalder Ethical Leadership Certificate ( 2018), Cambridge University Business Sustainability Management Certificate program ( 2023).
